Can the user not use our product illegally, including but not limited to violation of privacy, bulk sendings or? spamming of legal and natural persons, sending unauthorized or unsolicited messages or transmitting or archiving content in violation of third party intellectual property rights. 3CX and the brand representatives reserve the right to cease any functionality and service provision and to disconnect our product from any association with such parts / instances.
The user is responsible for the compliance of these Terms and Conditions and regulations by the organization and related extensions.
